Long Island Ice Tea  is a balanced combination of vodka, white rum, gin, tequila, lemon tart and a splash of cola.  Refreshing anytime! Fun fact is this cocktail was invented during Prohibition to be disguised as a commonplace sober beverage, hence the name Iced Tea!  If you want to give this recognized cocktail that “iced tea” look, you should pour it over ice in a tall glass and garnish it with a lemon wedge.
