Fairway Fizz
We’re loving the refreshing simplicity of this fizzy delight! 818 Tequila Blanco, with its clean, balanced taste, provides the perfect base for the zesty, citrusy and herbaceous finish with an added touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1 mint sprig, plus more for garnish
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz 818 Tequila Blanco
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- Club soda
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Directions
- Muddle first two ingredients in a shaker.
- Add next three ingredients and fill shaker will ice.
- Shake and double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with club soda; stir gently.
- Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
