Gin Margarita
We’re loving the herbal twist on this margarita with gin as the base instead of tequila. There’s a hint of heat with the salt rim, but each sip is cool and refreshing.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz gin
- 1 oz Cointreau Liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Chili salt, for garnish*
- *Chili salt: Combine 2 teaspoons chili powder and 1 teaspoon salt on a small plate.
Directions
- Rim rocks glass with chili salt; set aside.
- Add all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with skewered cucumber ribbon, lime wheel and mint sprig.
