Hendrick’s Cucumber Lemonade
Summertime and lemonade go hand–in-hand, but this summer sipper takes refreshing to a new level. Hendrick’s Gin is distilled with 11 botanicals, but it’s the rose and cucumber that provide its unique taste. Add fresh lemon juice and top with seltzer for a drink that beckons you to slow down.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Seltzer
- Cucumber wheels, for garnish
- Lemon wheels, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish and seltzer, in a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top with seltzer; stir gently.
- Garnish with cucumber and lemon wheels.
