Irish Cream White Hot Chocolate
White hot chocolate and winter — we can’t think of a dreamier pairing. Each warm, creamy sip comes with a kick of Irish cream. Top with marshmallows and chocolate shavings for your own winter wonderland in a mug!
Ingredients
- ½ c milk
- ¼ c heavy cream
- 2 oz white chocolate chips
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz Irish cream
- Marshmallows, for garnish
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first two ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat; stir until bubbles begin.
- Reduce heat to low and add next two ingredients; stir until chocolate is melted.
- Add Irish cream and pour into a mug.
- Garnish with marshmallows and chocolate shavings.
