Sidecar
Don't let the name fool you — the sidecar has more than a supporting role in the world of cocktails. This historic drink is the perfect embodiment of sweet and sour rounded out by cognac, which makes it not only a tasty cocktail to sip, but a great digestif at the end of a meal.
