Tasting Notes
From grapes grown in two different places: 50% come from estate vineyards in Perdriel by the side of the Mendoza River (rocky soils, clay and caliche) and the remainder from grapes grown in high elevation plots at 1,400m over sand and limestones soils located in Gualtallary. The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and ferment with native yeasts in concrete vats. The wine is then aged in used French oak until the following vintage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and low to no added sulfur dioxide.
