From organically grown malbec vines in Mendoza on soils that are sandy silt and rocky, with an average age of 80 years at 980 meters of altitude. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with native yeast and aged in amphoras and concrete eggs for around 6 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfur dioxide. A softer and more floral take on malbec.

Matias Riccitelli was born in Cafayate, Salta, a little village in the north of Argentina, the son of Jorge Riccitelli, of the famed Bodega Norton. After travelling the world and working countless harvests all over the world, he established Riccitelli Wines in 2009.
