Pinot Grigio/Gris

When made in the Italian style, this wine is called pinot grigio. Otherwise, it’s known by its original French name, pinot gris. Typically dry, light- to medium-bodied and with medium- to high-acidity, it pairs well with seafood, chicken and sushi.
