Inspired by the curious and experimental bourbon maker’s eighth-generation grandmother, arrested in 1799 for the “production and sales of spirituous liquors.” This blend of bourbon, lemon and prosecco makes a scrumptious sip.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Jefferson’s Reserve Straight Bourbon
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Keep It Simple Syrup
- Josh Cellars Prosecco
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
