Altos Plata Paloma

Ingredients
- 2 oz Olmeca Altos Tequila Plata
- 2 oz pink grapefruit juice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz agave syrup
- Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
- Salt
- Pink peppercorns, crushed
Directions
- Rim a highball glass with salt and peppercorns and fill with ice; set aside.
- Combine first four ingredients in a mixing glass; stir.
- Pour into prepared glass.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
