Ingredients

  • 2 oz Olmeca Altos Tequila Plata
  • 2 oz pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz agave syrup
  • Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
  • Salt
  • Pink peppercorns, crushed

Directions

  1. Rim a highball glass with salt and peppercorns and fill with ice; set aside.
  2. Combine first four ingredients in a mixing glass; stir.
  3. Pour into prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
