Bacon Whiskey Marshmallow Toffee

Ingredients
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 c salted butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Crown Royal Vanilla Canadian Whisky
- 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 10-oz package mini marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325˚ F.
- Line large baking sheet with foil and arrange crackers in rows making sure they don’t overlap.
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat and gradually stir in brown sugar and whiskey. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Don’t let burn.
- Remove from heat and pour over crackers.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over the caramel. Let sit for 5 minutes to melt, then use a rubber spatula to spread chocolate chips evenly over the crackers.
- Sprinkle bacon and mini marshmallows over top.
- Freeze for 2 to 4 hours.
- Remove foil and break into pieces.
