Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade
Experience “southern comfort” with a twist when you craft this fruity, colorful cocktail. Complete with in-season berries, the libation was made for cooling down during warm summer months.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Redemption Straight Bourbon
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz blackberry puree
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash bitters
- Sparkling wine
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Blackberries, for garnish
- Lemon wheel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes and sparkling wine, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and pour into a Mason jar.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with mint sprig, blackberries and lemon wheel.
