Blackberry Margarita
This delightful twist on a classic favorite adds the sweet richness of blackberries to the tangy zest of lime. The jalapeño and cucumber wheels add exciting spice and coolness to this Blackberry Margarita.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz 21 Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz blackberry simple syrup*
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Blackberry, for garnish
- Jalapeño wheel, for garnish
- Cucumber wheel, for garnish
- *Blackberry simple syrup: Combine 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil on high heat, then reduce to a simmer and let cook about 15 minutes (the blackberries will become soft and bright in color and a pinkish-purple syrup will form). Remove from heat, strain into an airtight container, let cool, then refrigerate.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with skewered blackberry, jalapeño and cucumber wheel.
