Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Platinum 7X Vodka
  • 3 oz carrot juice
  • ½ oz honey syrup*
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Parsley sprig, for garnish
  • Tajin salt, for garnish**

    *Honey syrup: Combine ½ cup honey with ½ cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat, pour into an airtight container, let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.

    **Tajin salt: Combine 2 teaspoons Tajin seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt on a small plate.

Directions

  1. Rim Collins glass with the Tajin salt and fill with ice; set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake and strain into prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a parsley sprig.
