Bushmill's Irish Coffee
Nothing fancy here — just Irish whiskey, hot coffee and a little simple syrup in a mug. Top with whipped cream and you have the definition of a simple, classic Irish coffee cocktail that’s been enjoyed since its invention in 1943.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 3 ½ oz coffee
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in an Irish coffee mug; stir.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
