Ingredients
- 1 small celery rib, chopped
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- Celery leaf, for garnish
Directions
- Muddle first two ingredients in a shaker.
- Add next two ingredients and fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously and double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with celery leaf.
