Celtic Cream Soda
Johnnie Walker is a genius. It might seem like an odd combo, but hear us out. Sweet strawberry syrup, vanilla and smoky, spicy Black Label come together in a sweet and savory symphony of flavor in this delightfully fizzy cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch 12 Year Old
- 1 ½ oz strawberry syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz soda water
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Freeze-dried strawberries, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a martini glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with whipped cream and freeze-dried strawberries.
