Chardonnay Cover-Up
Looking for a “wine down” Wednesday cocktail? The Chardonnay Cover-Up is bright and balanced, then jazzed up with Aperol and a couple dashes of orange bitters for some citrus zing.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Chardonnay, chilled
- 2 oz Aperol Liqueur
- 5 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a large wineglass filled with ice.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
