Clamarita
We’re putting a spin on the classic margarita with the addition of Clamato juice. It’s a tasty pairing for ceviche or other seafood-inspired Mexican dishes. The spiciness from the Tajín pulls the cocktail flavors together for a sip that satisfies.

Ingredients
- 3 oz tequila
- 1½ oz triple sec
- 1½ c orange juice
- 1 c Clamato juice
- 2 dashes Tajín
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Jalapeño, cut into wheels, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with lime and jalapeño wheels.
