Love Gone Sour
Just because it's the month for Valentines doesn't mean you can't celebrate the holiday solo. This cocktail is sour and just a bit bitter, but your mood doesn't need to be. Sip our Love Gone Sour and let the citrusy flavors brighten your day!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz New Amsterdam Vodka
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ⅛ oz Campari
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- André Spumante
- Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first six ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with orange peel.
