Malibu Watermelon Mojito
The freshness of summer in a glass! The Malibu Watermelon Mojito combines fresh watermelon, lime juice and mint with soda water and Malibu Watermelon Rum for a cocktail that’s sure to be in your cocktail repertoire all summer long.
Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
- 3 watermelon chunks, plus 1 for garnish
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Malibu Watermelon Rum
- 2 oz soda water
Directions
- Gently muddle first three ingredients in a highball glass.
- Fill glass with ice and add next two ingredients; stir.
- Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon chunk.
