Margarita
The margarita has the makings of a trip south of the border. The tequila blends beautifully with the citrus flavors — but don’t skip the salt rim! It enhances the tart and sweet flavors while reducing any sourness from the lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz tequila
- 1 oz triple sec
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Salt, for garnish
Directions
- Rim a margarita glass with salt; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
