Mimosa Flight
We’ve taken the mimosa to new heights with our mimosa flight. Four flavor-packed sips that are as beautiful as they are tasty. They’ll be the highlight of your gathering.
Ingredients
- 750-mL bottle Roederer Estate Brut
- 3 oz lavender lemonade
- 1 heaping scoop raspberry sorbet
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- Splash of fresh lime juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
- Edible lavender buds, for garnish
- Raspberries, for garnish
Directions
- Lavender Lemonade Mimosa: Rim side of coupe glass with lavender buds. Combine lavender lemonade and 3 ounces of champagne into prepared glass.
- Razzamatazz Mimosa: Add raspberry sorbet and raspberries into a coupe glass. Top with 3 ounces of champagne.
- Blushing Bubbles Mimosa: Combine grapefruit and lime juices into a coupe glass. Top with 3 ounces of champagne.
- Sunrise Mimosa: Combine orange juice and grenadine into a coupe glass. Top with 3 ounces of champagne.
