Orange & Chile Rosé Spritz
This wine spritzer is anything but run of the mill! Start with a rosé wine that’s bursting with summery fruit flavors. Then add Thai chile-infused triple sec (you read that right), and top with seltzer. This drink will WOW your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Apothic Rosé
- 1 ½ oz Thai chile-infused triple sec*
- Seltzer
- Charred orange wheels, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
*Thai Chile-Infused Triple Sec: Combine 1 ½ cups triple sec and 6 red Thai chiles in an airtight container. Infuse one week; discard chiles.
Directions
- Combine first two ingredients in a wineglass filled with ice.
- Top with seltzer; stir.
- Garnish with charred orange wheels and mint sprig.
