Peppermint Bark Mimosa
Put those leftover candy canes to good use and try our Peppermint Bark Mimosa! It’s a cocktail for your winter brunch menu.
Ingredients
- 4 oz peppermint schnapps
- 750-mL bottle Cupcake Vineyards Prosecco
- Melted white chocolate, for garnish
- Peppermint candy canes, crushed and whole, for garnish
Directions
- Rim flute glasses with melted white chocolate, then dip in crushed peppermint candy.
- Add 1 oz schnapps to each prepared glass.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with candy cane.
