Pineapple Gin Punch
Nothing is more refreshing on a hot summer day than a nice, cold cocktail. We think this one’s a winner — bursting with citrus and aromatics, followed by nice spice undertones and topped off with dry sparkling wine. This drink won’t disappoint.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Bluecoat Elderflower Gin
- 1 oz Gran Gala Orange Liqueur
- 8 oz pineapple juice
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 pinches allspice
- Gran Campo Viejo Cava Brut Reserva
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients into a mixing glass; stir.
- Fill wineglasses with ice and pour to fill halfway.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with skewered pineapple wedges.
