Pink Whitney Aperol Spritz
The Aperol spritz has been a favorite Italian pre-dinner cocktail since the 1950s. Our version kicks it up a notch by adding New Amsterdam’s Pink Whitney to the mix. This bitter and bubbly libation is sure to revive your taste buds with each sip.
Ingredients
- 2 oz La Marca Prosecco
- 1 ½ oz New Amsterdam Pink Whitney Pink Lemonade Vodka
- ¾ oz Aperol Liqueur
- 2 oz club soda
- Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a wineglass filled with ice; stir gently.
- Garnish with orange peel.
