Rocky’s KO Punch
Here’s a cocktail that packs a punch! Named for one of Philly’s favorite characters, Rocky Balboa, this cocktail is built on a base of Jacquin’s Vodka (a spirit with Philadelphia roots). It's an enjoyable sip all year-round.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Jacquin’s Vodka
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz raspberry syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
