Rum Daisy
International Rum Day is April 8 — celebrate with this cocktail! Set sail with Captain Morgan White Rum, mixed with sweet and fruity flavors, to creating a tasty tipple any pirate would enjoy. No matter how you make it, the Captain would approve.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Captain Morgan White Rum
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ¼ oz grenadine
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
