Seahorse Sour
Named after the White Seahorse, the ship of self-proclaimed pirate queen Grace O’Malley, this sour is a variation on the classic whiskey sour. This version tosses the simple syrup and lemon juice in favor of sweet sherry and fresh lime juice.
