Sparkling Daiquiri
Everything is better with bubbles, and this daiquiri is no exception. It’s light, bubbly and loaded with tart lemon flavor. Mix this up tonight and celebrate the end of another fabulous day!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Don Q Cristal Rum
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish and sparkling wine, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
