Spiced Pear Wine Spritzer
This wine spritzer is pear perfection! Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio’s dry and acidic taste profile cuts through the sweetness of our homemade pear puree. Add club soda for effervescence and enjoy this cocktail during your summer picnic.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio, chilled
- 1 ½ oz pear puree*
- Club soda, chilled
*Pear Puree: Combine 1 chopped pear, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 dash cinnamon and 1 dash nutmeg in a blender. Puree until smooth. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Directions
- Combine first two ingredients in a flute glass; stir gently.
- Top with club soda.
