Tea-Tini Mocktail
Host teatime with this fancy mocktail. The taste of fresh lemon and tea from a chilled martini glass will have you drinking with your pinky out!
Ingredients
- 6 oz unsweetened iced tea
- 3 oz lemon simple syrup*
- Lemon peel, for garnish
*Lemon Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool, then stir in 4 ounces fresh lemon juice. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Directions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnish, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
