Tequila Honey Bee
Smooth tequila and smoky mezcal, luscious honey, herbaceous and citrusy freshness unite for a tantalizingly rich blend of flavors. The Tequila Honey Bee has it all.
Ingredients
- Splash Del Maguey Vida de San Luis del Rio Mezcal
- 3 oz Espolón Tequila Reposado
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s Herbal Bitters
- 1 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Candied ginger, for garnish
Directions
- Swirl mezcal in rocks glass and pour out; set aside.
- Combine next four ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake vigorously and pour into prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with skewered candied ginger.
