Tequila Pie
Thanksgiving dinner is complete, and it’s time for dessert. While the kids eat pumpkin pie, treat your grown-up guests to this cocktail. Qualifying as dessert, this sweet and creamy drink is loaded with spicy pumpkin pie flavor and a tequila kick.

Ingredients
- 2 oz 1800 Tequila Reposado
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
- ¾ oz pumpkin puree
- ½ oz sweetened condensed milk
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
- Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously and double strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon and cinnamon stick.
