White Wine Mojito
Mojitos or white wine — can’t decide? Have both with this wine cocktail! Lime and mint muddled and mixed with Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio and bubbly seltzer … yes, please. Stir up a batch and invite your friends.
Ingredients
- ½ c mint
- ½ oz agave syrup
- 1 750-mL bottle Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio
- 1 ½ c seltzer
- Lime wheels, for garnish
Directions
- Lightly muddle first two ingredients in a pitcher.
- Add next two ingredients; stir.
- Serve in cocktail glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with lime wheels.
