Writers’ Muse
If you’re looking for a little inspiration, this Writers’ Muse cocktail will do the trick. Juicy berries, fresh lemon juice and Writers’ Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey come together in a tall glass of pure genius. Cheers to great ideas!
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ oz Writers' Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 3 raspberries
- 2 strawberries, halved
- Club soda
Directions
- Muddle first six ingredients in a shaker, then fill with ice.
- Shake and pour into a highball glass.
- Top with soda.
