Gingerbread Martini Mocktail
Spice up your usual with this mock-tini. The ginger beer and cinnamon will warm your palate while the sweetness of brown sugar and molasses will make you think you’re eating gingerbread. This mocktail has all the flavors of the classic holiday cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 c heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- ⅛ tsp allspice
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 8 oz ginger beer
- 4 tsp molasses, divided, for garnish
- ¼ c crushed gingersnaps, for garnish
Directions
- Rim martini glasses with 2 tsp molasses and crushed gingersnaps; set aside.
- Combine remaining molasses and first four ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake then pour in ginger beer; stir gently to combine.
- Pour into prepared glasses.
