Heavenly Highball
Light, refreshing and easy to make — perfect for those too-hot days when you just relax poolside. Made with Jameson Orange Irish Whiskey, this cocktail is citrusy and sweet with a hint of vanilla and spice, just the thing to make everything nice!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Jameson Orange Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz oloroso sherry
- 1 dash Wigle Organic Pomander Orange Bitters
- Soda water
- Mint sprig, for garnish
- Orange wheel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint sprig and orange wheel.
