Ingredients
- ¼ oz absinthe
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
- Swirl first ingredient in a chilled old-fashioned glass and pour out excess liquid; set aside.
- Add rye whiskey and ice; stir.
- Strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with lemon twist.
