Ingredients
- 2 oz cognac
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz sweetened strawberry puree*
- Sparkling rosé
- Strawberries, for garnish
*Sweetened strawberry puree: Puree 6 large strawberries and 1 tablespoon sugar in a blender.
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a cognac glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling rosé.
- Garnish with strawberries.
