Gift Card Shipping Rate

Gift cards are excluded from standard shipping rates. There’s simply a $1 shipping fee per order. Gift cards have a purchase limit of 10 per order.

Limited-Release Lottery Shipping Rate

Limited-Release Lottery items are excluded from standard shipping rates. There’s simply a $10 per item shipping fee.

Special Order Shipping Rates & Delivery Information

Special Orders direct delivered from a supplier to a customer may include a per-bottle, supplier-imposed delivery fee, while Special Orders shipped to a Fine Wine & Good Spirits for pickup will be assessed a PLCB handling fee. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  

Special order products aren’t warehoused or shipped by Fine Wine & Good Spirits — they’re shipped directly from the supplier. Delivery times vary; however, suppliers have up to 30 calendar days following approval to ship your product(s). 

Shipping to Your Home or Business

When shipping to a non-store address, an adult (age 21 or older) must recieve the package at delivery. Failure to produce an acceptable form of identification (ID) to verify age forfeits the right to receive the shipment.

UPS will make three attempts to deliver your order. After the third try, your order will be returned to Fine Wine & Good Spirits. If your order is returned to us, we’ll issue a credit for the order minus the cost of shipping and a $10 restocking fee.  

Shipping to Our Stores

When shipping to a Fine Wine & Good Spirits, you can choose from any of our stores across Pennsylvania. Remember that ID with proof of age is required at the time of pickup.

Third-Party Pickup

Can't pick up your order? During checkout, designate someone to pick up your online order at a Fine Wine & Good Spirits. Proper ID with proof of age and a copy of the order pickup notification are required at the time of pickup. See our Terms of Use.

Acceptable Forms of ID

• State-issued driver’s license or photo ID card
• Military ID
• Passport
• Travel visa issued by a foreign country
• Canadian driver’s license or other official Canadian identification, such as a Canadian-issued passport

Gift Order

If your order is a gift, and you'd like to have it shipped directly to your recipient, simply enter their delivery information during checkout. You also have the option of including a gift message. Gift orders may be sent to a home or business address or to the Fine Wine & Good Spirits of your choice. All shipping policies apply to gift orders.

Order Tracking

For standard orders, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships from UPS. You can track your order through the UPS tracking site.

Special orders are shipped by the supplier, and they choose their shipping method, which may not be UPS; if the shipper provides a tracking number, it’ll be shared directly with you.
