Apothic Sour Pour Over

Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- ½ oz Apothic Red Winemaker’s Blend
- Lemon peel, for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Pour wine over the back of a bar spoon to top.
- Garnish with lemon peel and cherries.
