Grand Charente Sour

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Grand Marnier
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- ¾ oz McBride Sisters Black Girl Magic Red Blend
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
- Combine first four ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake and fill with ice, then shake vigorously.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Pour wine over back of bar spoon to top.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
