Irish Whiskey Margarita
A fusion of cultures comes together for this Irish Margarita. Start with your favorite Irish whiskey, then add staples, triple sec and, of course, lime juice and salt for a delightful sip. Irish Nachos are a tasty treat for St. Patrick’s Day or game day fare.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- ½ oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz agave syrup
- 3 drops green food coloring
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Coarse salt, for garnish
Directions
- Rim a martini glass with salt; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients, except for garnishes, in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
